ArcadeMCT started out in early October 2005 as a basic coin logging program, counting the number of times the 5 and 6 keys are hit, these are the left and right coin slots in the MAME emmulator. But this program has grown into a larger program, with many more features, such as lockdown of the system (keep your kids out of everything else on the computer), blocking keys, icon editor (for MAME icons), Key testing, coin logging and reports, and much more.
Part of the program is writen in C++ for the backend and OCX/DLL files needed for some features. The front end gui and some other basic features are in VB (Visual Basic).
